1-Year Warranty. No fine print.
Every fixture, rug and decor piece we sell is covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the day it's delivered. If something arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what we promised, we replace it — no restocking fees, no return shipping labels to chase.
What's covered
- Electrical faults in wiring, sockets, LED drivers or switches
- Structural defects: cracked glass, broken arms, loose mounts, peeling finish
- Items damaged in transit (report within 7 days of delivery with a photo)
- Missing parts or hardware
What's not covered
- Bulbs (consumables) unless the fixture shipped with an integrated LED
- Damage from improper installation, water exposure on indoor-rated fixtures, or modification
- Normal wear, fading or patina on natural materials
How to make a claim
- Email support@thehouselux.com with your order number and 1–2 photos.
- We reply within 1 business day.
- We ship a replacement or replacement part — usually without asking you to send anything back.
