Refund policy

30-day returns. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Email velnomediagroup@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and replace or refund in full — send a photo within 7 days of delivery. No restocking fees.
