Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your lighting. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email velnomediagroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it 100% — just send a photo to velnomediagroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right (replacement or full refund).

Fees & Scope

We do not charge restocking fees. This policy applies to physical goods only.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, installed, or missing original packaging may not be eligible.

Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it ships.
