Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Our products are sourced from trusted manufacturing partners, and some items ship from overseas facilities. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after processing, depending on the item and your location. Larger statement pieces may take toward the longer end of that range. We'll always show tracking so you can follow your order.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at velnomediagroup@gmail.com.

Delays

Occasionally carrier or customs delays occur outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Wrong Address
