30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@thehouselux.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no charge.
